HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
♥️ All of the items are lovingly handmade in our little studio.
♥️ Each piece is lovingly wrapped up in tissue paper sealed with a branded sticker, then gifted in a complimentary gauze jewellery bag. and
boxed for safe posting.
♥️ A care card is included.
♥️ PERSONAL NOTE
We are happy to include a personal message with your gift - simply drop us an email with your order number reference and we will
ensure your note is included.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
♥️ Orders will normally will take about 2-4 business days (unless we have the item made up in stock), but this may be extended due to the peak season. So please order earlier for her or him for the Christmas gifts!
POSTAGE
♥️ UK orders posted with Royal Mail First Class and we will try to process within 2-4 working days - please message us if you require your

we will do our very best.

♥️ Gently polish with a soft, lint-free cloth. Please do not use metal polishing cloth.

Customer satisfaction is paramount to please contact us immediately should you have any problems or queries with your order and we will endeavour to sort these as a matter of priority.
Please note earrings and pierced items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Please note we do not cover the return postage costs for any reason.
All of our products are carefully checked before they are carefully packaged.
If for any reason your item is faulty or has been damaged in transit please get in touch immediately. Please do this within 24 hours of receiving your item.
If it has been 24 hours since the delivery date, we cannot assist, and the products are considered as "misuse by the buyer".
We are unable to offer a refund if the item has already been made and shipped.
